Dalkey Town

The charming heritage town of Dalkey, with its medieval streetscape is attractively situated on the southern end of Dublin Bay. It is approx half an hour's drive from the city centre and is on the Dart train line. Dalkey Castle & Heritage Centre is just five minutes walk from DART and Bus station.

Dalkey has a village atmosphere in a town setting. There is an abundance of bars, cafes, gourmet restaurants, quality hostelries and bistros to savour both local and international fare. There are three Art Galleries and a popular bookshop to browse in and lots of opportunity to relax after the bustle of the city.
